These customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys are a helpful and meaningful tool for our analysts and technicians – and we love sharing your positive feedback with them.
Of course, we recognize there may be times when your experience requires improvement, which is why your feedback is so important to us.
We take our role as your managed IT partner seriously, and we are committed to working tirelessly to optimize your overall experience and ensure we are consistently delivering service that meets or exceeds your expectations. To that end, we encourage you to continue sending in your real-time feedback via CSAT surveys. It’s not only important to our team – but the benefits are crucial to you too.
Here’s a helpful reminder about how to submit feedback to our Service Desk using Omega’s CSAT tool.
Step 1: Click the link under the appropriate ‘face’ (Good/OK/Bad) that corresponds to your service experience. NOTE: A second screen will appear to complete your survey.
Step 1b (Optional):
Step 2: Click the Submit button to complete the survey process. You must click submit for your survey to be completed – even if you chose not to leave a comment.
You should see a confirmation message pop up if your feedback has been successfully submitted.
